Additional power for optimal quality: PowerINSPECT workshop

To ensure our computer-assisted quality management is up to date, a three-day workshop was held to instruct our employees in the proper use of our new software for manual measuring devices, in particular Delcam Power Inspect 2013 R1. At the same time, we updated our hardware with the latest equipment. Quality management requires ongoing modernization.

Quality management certification achieved

Audits are conducted at regular intervals to ensure that all our operational processes are being handled in accordance with our quality management guidelines and determine whether additional training is necessary to guarantee optimal implementation.In November 2013, the independent certification company TÜV Hessen audited our operations and confirmed that everything is being done in compliance with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 norm. We passed the test with flying colors.

New trainee on the team

We added an office administration trainee to our team on September 1, 2013. After all, we treat our administrative processes with the same precision we bring to our engineering tasks.

Deckel Maho: Learning from the manufacturer

Deckel Maho, the manufacturer of our new five-axis milling machine, came to our plant to conduct an internal training program for our employees. After the two-day workshop, four of our employees had received first-hand instruction on how to make the most of the new equipment – augmenting the company’s expertise and scope.

Software seminar for optimized processes

This time, Gregor Kraus and Andreas Weber attend a Tebicon seminar to learn the concepts behind Tebis software, including how to use tools and the relevant libraries. It’s all about optimized processes.

Seminar on the CE marking

This seminar on the CE marking in Bielefeld dealt with how the European product guidelines affect the construction of models, molds and prototypes.
Master model maker Jürgen Lindecke attended and brought the know-how back to the company.
